 No petting please
Jack will be 6 months old tomorrow, and there are a three things that I need to know from the "experts".
First when we reach out to pet him he backs off. I don't know if it is because he thinks we are going to make him do something he doesn't like (like grooming) or if it is just normal. He is very loving otherwise, cuddles in bed, and likes to be carried.
The other thing is he won't come when I say "come", I have been working on it since he was 8 weeks old, he fetches, sits, stays, is doing great on his potty training, but he won't come. I have used treats, and that works but not otherwise, I am afraid that if he ever got out that we wouldn't be able to catch him, he is like a bullet.
The "delicate" problem is that he keeps (for want of a better word,) getting excited on one of his toys. It sometimes gets to be a problem and he can't walk for awhile (if you know what I mean). Is this normal, or do I have an oversexed 6 month old. |
