Any issue that would cause someone to think they need a muzzle can be addressed by proper training. They younger you start the better but you can teach an old dog new tricks.
Yorkies are very emotional dogs. If they are scared or their owner does not know how to properly communicate with them they can develop problems. Gaining the dog's trust with lots of praise and consistent positive reinforcement is the best way to deal with issues.
Someone who cannot get their self out of bed in the morning to properly take care of the dog has no business having one. |
