D= Distemper
H= Hepatitis
L= Lepto
P= Parainfluenza
P= Parvo Virus
Corona Virus
Rabies is not included in that shot. Yes they are diseases, but some may not be a problem in your area. I try to not over-vaccinate, I try to let their immune systems work on their own a little JMO.
