Luma is named after a character in a Nintendo video game. I wanted something that my BF would like but that was still cute. I love her name. She is my little shooting star
We picked Rosie's name a few weeks before she was due to come home with us. She is named after my grandma. Strangely enough my grandma passed away a few days before we were going to pick Rosie up from the breeder. That change of plans led to us bringing her home the day after my gma passed. It really helped me cope with not being able to be there with my family to have my little Rosie home with me while I was on grievance leave from work.
