You would PM me. But not until after submissions are closed. Members have until midnight on the 31st Pacific time to submit their costumes. Then voting will be open for one week. Each member gets one vote. The top three members who get the top number of votes get the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, respectively. I have not yet decided now the remaining prizes and winners will be chosen. I'm open to bribes!
