Or...you could search for the nearest Yorkie Rescue and just wait to grab her (from the street) and take her there. Or ask is you can have her or buy her. If those people are cruel enough to tie anything to a tree they do not love or deserve animals especially anything as fragile as a Yorkie. Getting loose from a door being opened is much different than being tied to a tree. She is a sitting duck for basically anything to happen to her. Poor thing!!! Makes me very very angry!!!! There will be others with very good suggestions on here. Please do something and also keep us posted. Good Luck!!!!!
