This makes me sick and angry at the same time. I do hope the Humane Society can take her and find her a better home. I could just cry right now thinking about any yorkie baby tied up outside. If they don't want her or want to take the time to train her then they should rehome her. Please keep up posted on what happens. People never cease to amaze me at how stupid and uncaring they can be.
