I dont begrudge anyone who puts their boy dogs in bows, but here is something I dont see mentioned yet, even among those who say their males dont wear bows-my dog, Jaeger, has made it very clear HE doesnt like bows...or any 'hairdo' of any sort.
His hair gets in his eyes sometimes, but he did NOT like bows or bands in his hair at all. He has a cottony coat, so I tried styling it in a moehawk (it stands up by itself, I dont put products in his hair!) but he hates that too....Now I just trim the offending hair short enough to stay out of his eyes-not enough to know he's been trimmed, just enough to let him see.
