So there is a new job opening at the shelter I work at, it is for intake and foster coordinating. I applied and have an interview Wednesday but I am conflicted about it. On one hand of course I want a promotion and a raise would be nice. I would be helping choose the dogs we rescue but I would also have to turn away a lot of animals. It would be hard to have the lives of so many animals in need in my hands....maybe I'm not ready or maybe that's not even something I ever want to do....I don't know. What do you guys think?
