Well it's not only the fleas. They let their chi dog run around and okay outside by itself and they live near a busy highway and I never let my dogs outside without me and a leash. And during lilly Anne's stay they let her run around outside with their dog. And I specifically asked them not to let her do that. I can handle the fleas because I do understand every dog gets them every now and then, but I don't like that. I love his parents to death but That arrangement just didn't work out to well for us.
