Hi and welcome to YT. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss but happy to know that your new puppy is giving you such joy.
I would definitely do research on the food & treats on dogfoodadvisor.com. I feed my baby (3 YOA), Milo, Blue Buffalo. I've tried the Salmon & the Bison and now I have him on the small breed red meat which he seems to like better than the other two. He is such a picky eater though. He hasn't been enthusiastic about any of them. As far as the treats go, I certainly agree with the person who says to make sure you feed him NOTHING from China. There's been too much bad news about that. You could buy some raw chicken & cook it & feed that as a treat or make your own treats from some of the recipes listed above. Good Luck! |
