Teddy's grow back quickly, and then they stick out even more. Might be my imagination, but I think they grew back thicker and more coarse.
I cut them as close to the skin as possible. He has them in his mustache, his eyebrows, and one big one under his chin. They seem to be itchy too when I trim them. Maybe because they are "feelers" (like a cat's) and when they are short he feels them more?
