That guy was ridiculous.
I'm lucky, my vet is pretty good about enforcing the rules, dogs must be on leashes, other animals in carriers, and keep your animal and yourself away from the other animals.
I keep Lola on my lap because of germs and I know she'll approach the other dogs in a very hyper way. |
