Yikes what a naughty little boy. lol
Hey I think dogs are very perceptive and know just what to do to get the attention they want. My suggestion is when he does that to firmly say "no no" and take him and put him in a time out for 5-10 minutes. Even when he is barking to get your attention the same rule applies. Time out. Consistent. Everytime. Say "no barking" and put him in a room with no one. Eventually he will come around to realize "hmm well this is not working"
Peeing in front of you. same thing.
