I adopted my Yorkie Doodle from a no kill shelter in March. He has very dry skin patches which become dandruffy and turn the skin a different color. I took him to the vet when I first got him and he was put on Cephalexin. I stopped using Carpet Fresh. I am in the middle of changing his food. I don't give him beef or pork. He sleeps on the couch or on my bed. Except during dinner when he stays in his dog bed. It seems to me that his skin condition bothers me more than my little dog. Doodle is my first little dog. I had Bouviers for the last 15 + years. I'd appreciate all help to resolve Doodle's skin issues.
