Welcome to YT. It is best to let your puppy really settle in well before starting to change the food. They tend to be picky eaters anyway so you don't want to have him get off his feed and then not be able to get him eating again.

Try to find the best quality food you can. Read ingredient lists. There can be a huge difference between brands. Just because they have cute pictures of your breed or any breed does not mean a thing about quality. Use your common sense. IF the ingredients look like nothing you would feed your dog yourself then you are probably right not to buy it.

There is a lot of misinformation out there about pet foods right now. Try to find a non bias site to find good information to educate yourself about the brands and the industry it's self.
