 Layla's breathing.
Layla had a breathing episode today. It has happened once before- probably 2 months ago. She started to sound like she was gurgling while she was breathing. Her breathing was normal- she did sound like she was struggling a bit, her heart rate also appeared to be normal. It probably lasted 30 seconds. It happened again today when she was with my mom. She says it definitely lasted longer than a minute. Layla was upset by it but it happened out of the blue- nothing seemed to cause it. It went away as quickly as it came. My mom just held her and soothed her. She said she was very close to taking her to the vet.
Otherwise she is fine- eating drinking and playing. She does have trachea issues- she wheezes and honks when she gets too excited.
Anyone have any thoughts?
