SMH....I never will understand people. How do you just let any animal starve like that? You don't have food? Call the owner to come and pick it up!! And meeting in a park??? No way would I ever leave any of my babies without seeing where they will be living....much less for a month! But that's just me. I hope he gets what he deserves...which is jail, IMHO!
