Concerning leg lifting, Max was lifting at 13 weeks. Thankfully he has never marked inside the house. Marking was one of my fears and the reason I rushed to neuter at 6 months.
Humping, Max did very little of that as a pup. Teddy humps occasionally as a way to show dominance. He does not mark inside either. He was a squatter until about a year old, when he started lifting his leg after watching Max.
