Sure, why not? Let's see. I think to make it fair, the video should be picked for costume content and not for the video itself. Such as, if the vid features an awesome trick, but a so so costume. Don't vote for the dog if you don't like the costume. Make sense? Also, the one video will be equal to three still photos. You cannot enter in more than one vid. However the vid may contain more than one dog, if the costumes coordinate w each other.
