Really? We just carried Cherry over to the pad each time we saw her squat. After she peed/pooped on the pad, we would praise her and pet her.
She still has an accident every now and then, but almost every single pee is on a pad (we have 3 around the house downstairs), and most poops.
Maybe we just got super lucky with an easy to train pup. Knock on wood!!
