I had to learn the hard way - if you take your pup out everytime they whine they expect it and do it more and more. It's hard but you have to let them stay in it until they are quiet and then you can take them out to cuddle. Mine are in theirs during the night and when I work they are in an expen. I have a neighbor who comes and takes them out several times during the day. Keep up the good work.
