I think things are different for every dog and situation but first thing I would do would be to make sure she has some "safe" places in the house. Is your home chaotic? Lots of people? (Just questions to ask yourself).
The next thing I would do would be to try and make things super exciting with your voice and treats and positive encouragement. Try not to ever show frustration with her and try and make everything exciting like "Let's Go!
