No, I wouldn't do any vaccines with a spay. Even if they were staying at the vet, which no I wouldn't let my baby stay at the vet after a spay. I'd want her home with me so I can take care of her. IMO

Have some good, soft food ready for her after her spay, especially if she has any teeth pulled. For whatever reason I couldn't get Billi to eat soft dog food, but was able to get her to take a couple spoons full of chicken noodle soup (mainly just broth and chicken) to keep her strength up since she wasn't really supposed to eat much the first night anyway. Be prepared for lots of crying/whining, which will make you feel terrible , but she's ok, just snuggle and talk to her. Personally, if she's not a jumper, I'd keep her on your bed- just make sure you're lifting her up & down. Give her lots of comfy, warm blankets and lay on the kisses and rubs.

Your baby will be ok! You'll be ok, too! LOL
