I kept thinking it was fleas as they did have a bout with fleas a month or 2 ago. I treated them and the house and haven't seen any since...but they are still itching like crazy...just in different spots on their bodies. I also know that they really react to just one flea bite.
We are in Michigan and its finally starting to get cooler here. I know my older dog has environmental allergies and he's been on steroids for it, but this is my first fall with my younger guy and it's really flared up with him over the past few days.
I am going to order the shampoo and I am also going to get him into the vets. It seems like everyone I talk to around here is having problems with their dogs itching right now....
I definitely haven't had any food changes, but I am wondering if my little guy is allergic to his sweaters. He's been wearing them more since it's cold out...but he's itching his behind and the sweater doesn't even touch there.... |
