Shaking and clinging to you can be signs of pain, illness or fear, anxiety, etc. I'd get her to the vet and get physical exam, reflexes, some bloodwork, urine test and be sure she's okay.
At any age, these little ones can develop illness/diseases, tumors, infections, orthopedic problems, etc. Since our dogs can't tell us when they are sick or having pain, their behavior is usually the only way a dog has to tell us something is wrong.
