It can occasionally happen, due to the position the baby was in the womb. I had a baby born once that looked like both hind legs were almost on backwards.....I was sooooo upset! My vet examined the baby and said it was probably a positional thing and would go away as baby got older. But I still contacted breeder friends and they all said the same thing can happen.....and that is exactly what happened As the baby got older and grew, legs straightened right out and there was no problem at all! Just watch baby, you can take that little leg and do range of motion exercises on it, and it should resolve.....at 6-8 weeks, if there is still an issue, a vet visit with exam and xrays is warranted.
