Hey and welcome to Yorkie Talk....

I do not think you are being obsessed with your baby's health. They are fragile and they go down fast when they get sick.

Did ahe get tested for coccicidia when she was at the vet...it's a fecal test and you said she tested negativ for worms but coccicia is a parasite, not a worm. That is quite common in babies during the stressful transition to their new home.

She may have picked up kennel cough at the vet's office. That is also common, not usually life threatening and is like a doggy cold. They don't usually do much except maybe a round of antibiotic if it is kennel cough. It can last a couple of months but usually the dog is fine otherwise and happy and eating, playing etc.
