Talk to her about what you see going on with this guy and how he's holding her back. Make it clear all the choices are hers & you love her and are there for her no matter what. Don't tear her apart and make her feel bad for her choices. She already doesn't feel too great about herself or she wouldn't be with such a loser. And don't make her feel like she has to choose between you or him, but tell her what you see. Even if you think it has no impact....it does. All those said things stay in a person's head. Think of a lawyer in court...they intentionally say things they know will get stricken from the record, because the thought is still in the jury's head, just like your words, although they may not be heeded right at this moment, will stay in your daughter's head.
