I forgot about this part, we bought an exercise pen, attached a tarpaulin roof to it to keep the sun and hawks off of him, and placed it on our deck. We put him in it at the standard times and leave him there till he goes. Yes we to have put him out, left him there for a long period of time, brought him in and have him go immediately IN THE HOUSE. All you can do is keep after it, you will eventually get there.
