I got my Yorkie from a pet shop on the 17th of Oct, she is 3 months old. They gave her her 2nd vaccination on the 13th of Oct. I've heard that vaccinations can give your puppy side effects, but only for 24-48 hours, right?

Ever since I got her, her stools have been watery. The first two days, she finished all her food but this morning, she ate only half! I've been told to give her 1 tablespoon each time I feed her by the pet shop. Is this too much/little? Today (19th Oct), she's still having watery stools, but it isn't as watery as it was.

She also does this weird choking sound when she's excited (when we let her out of the crate when I get home, when she sees food, when she's playing, etc.)

I'm terrified as I love her to death. Please help? Should I bring her to the vet, or are these just side effects to her vaccination?
Oh no....I certainly hope you have gotten this baby to a vet by now. She sounds like she has more than one issue. Anytime your pup is not acting normal is a perfect time to take to the vets. Your pup purchased at a pet shop is the worst place to buy a pup, these pups come from puppymills born in horrible conditions to unhealthy moms. Please get your pup to a vet and keep us posted.
