Oh no! Poor Lola girl. I hope it is just the barrettes. Whenever a groomer puts one in, make sure to check that it isn't too tight. There was another member here recently who found the skin was pulled too tight.
Puppy heads and hair might be more sensitive. Try giving her head a rest from the barrettes and stick to bands or nothing at all.
When my boys were younger, I took down their topknots every night and massaged their scalps. The only reason I started leaving them up overnight is that their topknot hair is so long, they end up chewing it or getting it in their eyes. I use tiny scrunchies or latex bands to give their heads a rest.
