Well if you divide it up over an 8 hour day, you would have to give about almost 8 ml every hour, or over 16 hour period 3.75mls every hour. It does seem like a lot, but if you divide it up evenly over a number of hours I think it is more do-able (hope I got my math right :-). So example if you got up at 8 and went to sleep at midnight that would be 16 hours (I think
