Examples of OTC antihistamines are Benadryl and Claritin. There are a couple others that they make as well. I got the liquid children's Benadryl for Molly and gave her just a little bit last night. She has an appointment with the vet soon so if this doesn't help we may have to go another route. Always check with your vet before you medicate your puppy though. I always wanna make sure that I'm doing more harm than good.
