You could try himalayan chews, Lola has been chewing on hers for like 2 months (small size). Lola is also a fan of braided fleece (I make them myself).
You could try rope toys like these, I'd get ones that don't have any fringe-y/hairy bits.
I don't have any experience with these but I have seen the heart and flower ones in person and they seem well made.
