Hey all! I posted this same topic the other day and I got one response asking what type of kidney stone Tobie had but I wasn't sure so I had to call my vet.
Tobie had a bladder/kidney stone surgically removed about a month ago. The vet had us get Purina NF Kidney Function dog food but I was wondering if there is a better food out there for him. The type of stone he had was "Calcium Oxalate". We were told to start giving him distilled water which we have been doing.
Any suggestions on a healthy dog food that's good for dogs prone to bladder stones is greatly appreciated!
