Happy to hear Lucy is home and recovering nicely. I'm sure was ready to snuggle with you.
Once a dog has had pancreatitis, you have to be careful with what they eat. Future attacks can be increasingly worse. Pancreatitis is somewhat of mystery with the exact causes not being able to be pinned down. Still, I would avoid fatty foods and treats.
