Anyway Ciao! No that is not a reputable place to get a pup. If you are in need of help in finding a reputable breeder I'd be happy to get you some references.
I am a bit curious though and wonder if surprising someone with a puppy is such a good idea? Do they want a puppy? Can they afford a puppy?
