A reputable breeder would do business this way? If she's willing to pay to have her put down, she should be willing to pay to have her vet checked. Better yet, it should have been done already. That's what reputable breeders do. They vet check their dogs, have them tested, have them spayed, have their teeth fixed and don't just put dogs to sleep as a means to an end.
