My little boy just turned 16 weeks.He has been to the vet a couple times and checked out great.He is up to date on all shots.He is due to go back in a week for his last set of puppy shots.This morning he started with diarrhea.The first time it had a lot of mucus but he has continued with loose bowels all day. He is eating and drinking fine and there has been absolutely no change in his diet.I just wanted opinions and wanted to see if any of you went through the same thing with your little ones.I feel bad for him because I have to think his tummy must hurt.
Someone told me that loose bowels can be a problem with yorkie pups.His weight at last vet visit was 2.8 pounds.I did call the vet tonight but apparently this was their early closing day.Thanks for any advice!
