 MVD Diet and Treats
We have been doing a lot of learning as our little man Elliott has been diagnosed with MVD. He is 5 years old and 5 lbs. The kd food he is on is great and he is doing very well on it. We baked some of the canned food into little treats for him but he is getting very tired of the same thing. He loves his treats when he does the potty outside!! and we hope to keep him engaged with some new options for treats. Nothing in the store is low or no protein, we started giving him some pieces of apple, carrots, and sweet potato. Does anyone know if it ok to give him dried options of fruits and veggies. We know to stay away from grapes is there anything else that we should not give him? Thank you for your help. |
