I agree, 12 weeks is too young. Why put such a young pup through that. Plus like Taylor mentioned at that age you know if any of the baby teeth are still present and can do both surgeries at the same time to eliminate the risk of putting them under twice. I would never have it done before 6 months just because I would be scared of the risks involved with the anesthesia.
