I think food and water makes a big difference. Jasmin used to have watery eyes. Someone in here said distiller water helps. So we switched to distiller water with a little acv and canine caviar good. She gets a little coconut oil here and there. This really help with the tears. Our vet recommended probiotics added to food. She said this will help completely. We haven't try this yet since her tears is not bad. I only clean her eyes every other week and had no tear stain.
