I'll definitely use this for my new puppy. I think it's too late for Zoey. She was a really quiet puppy, and out of nowhere when she was about 2yrs old she started barking at everything she sees outside in out neighborhood. Once we're not in the neighborhood she's a wonderful dog. I can take her to Petco and other places that accepts dogs and you would have no idea she had such a loud mouth at home. -.-
