I take 2 with me all the time, as mine are on the small side and I can carry both in one arm. I have walked all three at one time, but it is not easy. Thankfully all of mine get along great and their is no jealously or Alpha dog! Mine are all pretty quiet with bouts of playtime but none are extremely active or hyper. I think if one had a demanding or was very hyper, it would be a different story. I guess, I lucked out that all of our love to cuddle and want to be on our laps. One does tend to wander as she has a diva attitude. She has been like this since the day I brought her home! I really think it depends on their personality, too!
