Why have dogs if you don't want to take care of them? Okay, I can understand, not all people spoil their dogs rotten like we Yorkie owners do, but come on!! Do the right thing and put them up for adoption if you don't want them anymore. What do people think? "Oh, I'll feel bad and like a mean owner if I give my dogs away, so instead I'll keep them, but put them through misery." Hello!!!! People are crazy!!
