We've been looking around Barkin' Barnyard Kennels' website, and I am beginning to think of it as a puppymill. We've been really concerned about North Dakota puppymills ever since the Wheatland incident. Does anyone know if they are a puppymill? With so many breeds of dogs and APRI and ACA registration, We're afraid they could be.
