it really all depends on how much you want to spend for it, ease of putting it on, looks, etc.

I want this harness that uses velcro to secure it to his body but it is a bit pricey. It is by Clawk and Dawgger (sp?) . . . Since Tiger is only 4 months old, I am waiting until he is full grown before I spend on it. In the meantime I am very happy with the harness that Walmart sells for only $3.00plus.
