EZ pass is partly at fault in my opinion because a tag is supposed to only work with the license plate they assign it to. I would fight them and ask why they didn't follow their own policy? If they won't help you, try getting reimbursed from your insurance company. It never hurts to ask. If they say no you aren't out anything else. If they say yes....well you have found money. |
