I used to stress about getting water in the ears, but then I thought, Yorkies swim. When I dry my boys, I make sure to dry their ears well, with the dryer on low heat. Occasionally I use an ear cleaner with a drying agent. |

It's probably easier with Harry, as he has floppy ears. I kind of hold each ear from underneath, then point the shower-head downwards so it doesn't get into the ear canal. Then when I'm doing the underside and side of his face, I place my hand over the 'ear hole'.
